Customer Success Account Manager

Summary:
Altos Digital supplies software and services to help customers sell their merchandise on Amazon, websites, and other ecommerce channels.
 
 
Role:
Primary point of contact for customers who have signed up for and use our services. This includes helping customers with on-boarding, training, launch, and post-launch support. You’ll rollout programs to help customers grow online sales. And, with first hand operational knowledge, you’ll help with improvements to our software and services.
 
About 70% of your day is on-boarding new customers and 30% is handling customer issues and questions related to selling on marketplaces. We’re looking for someone who will help our customers succeed on marketplaces by acquiring/applying expertise and providing exceptional service.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Setup our software and services with customer accounts.
  • Provide training to new customers; help them succeed with our products.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticket system.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and route issues.
  • Analyze customers’ success and make improvements.
  • Use business indicators and analytics to drive/measure improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar customer-focused role.
  • Experience with support tickets and CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
  • Familiar with Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and requirements and creative problem solving.
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills.

 

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of selling on Amazon.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience working for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company or with subscription business model.

Sales Representative / Entry Level / Amazon Marketplace Services

Summary:
Altos Digital supplies software and services to help customers sell their merchandise on Amazon, websites, and other ecommerce channels. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone interested in a sales career. You’ll receive training, work alongside an experienced sales rep, and learn how to sell a product that customers want to buy: SaaS software and services that generates revenue. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in learning software sales. Base pay + commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Initially, during training, responsible for the early portion of the sales cycle including lead generation, lead qualification, and initial outreach.
  • Communicate value proposition and schedule demo meetings.
  • Update CRM system.
  • Once trained, take responsibility for full sales cycle including sales presentations, contracts, followup, and deal closure.

Qualifications:

  • Adept with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Calendar.
  • Ability to become proficient with basic sales software and tools (CRM, screen share, conference calls, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimal / no sales experience required. We’ll train you.
